"Validate Your Account" email detected as virus

Dear all,

I have a problem with account validation email that is sent after account creation.
Namely in different ocasions this email with subject “Validate Your Account” ends up deleted in different e-mail filters due to this error:

The following message to <some-email@someserver.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Message content rejected; message has subject typical for viruses!'
Reporting-MTA: dns; i-smtp-01.uniza.sk

Final-Recipient: rfc822;some-email@someserver.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0 (permanent failure)
Remote-MTA: dns; [158.193.180.1]
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'5.7.1 Message content rejected; message has subject typical for viruses!' (delivery attempts: 0)

I have temporary disabled account validation, but would like to know if there is a suggestion how to alter this email not to be characterised as virus.

Kind regards,

Ivo Haladin

Hi @ihaladin

This issue is generated, most likely, in receipt mailer. Please, get in touch with this user/email owner to check if there is some rule to be added in anti-spam filter in that end.

Hi @israel.cefrin,

thank you for this advice. I am doing this once it happends but I want to avoid it at all.
It didn’t happen once for my conference but multiple times, so I guess that more e-mail servers look for some combination of words or URLs and interpret this as virus.
