Using Custom Locale Plugin in Web Site level?

Hi,

We are using OJS 3.1.1-2. We are using Custom Locale Plugin to customize our locales in our journals and it works perfectly.

We also would like to customize our locales in Web Site level.
As I didn’t find in web interface in Administration menu a way to do it, I added an xml file in “presses” directory.
I saw each journal has its own directory with its number. So I tried to create a directory with the “0” number and an xml file inside as follows but it doesn’t seems to work:
~/ojs/public/presses/0/customLocale/en_US/locale/en_US/locale.xml

I wonder if it’s possible to customize locales in Web Site level?

Thanks in advance for your answer.
Best regards.
Helene

Hi,

I allow myself to ask this question again because there is still no answer.

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.

Hi @hcl,

Unfortunately that plugin isn’t currently coded to work at the site level. I’ve filed this as a feature request here: Permit the custom locale plugin to be used site-wide · Issue #3 · langsci/customLocale · GitHub
