Users batch uploading in OJS 3 and sending confirmation email

I’m trying to upload an XML file with a list of users using the import plugin. What I would like to ask is if there is a way to automatically send a confirmation mail and generate a password the same as it happens when I manually enrol a new user.

Hi @claudiotubertini,

Currently no, the XML import process doesn’t result in notification emails. That’s a feature we’ll add in a future release.

can i ask for the format of the XML file? what info to include in columns?

i would like to bulk add the user profile of our reviewers… how to set up the XML file when using the User XML plugin. thank!
