Username disappeared after login

Hello,

When we login to our journal page, the username was used to appear on the top right corner. However, now it is disappeared. How can we fix the issue?

Hi @utkug,

What version of the software are you using? Please include this in your posts.

I have two suggestions to try:

  1. Check the Navigation settings under Settings > Website > Settings > Navigation, and look at the User Navigation Menu to make sure the menu items are assigned.
  2. If you’ve done any work on the appearance of the journal homepage, check to see that the background colour is not the same as the menu colour.

The website version is 3.1.2.0 and here is our menu arrangement:menu

We haven’t changed the color of the theme.
