User search bugged?

Hi,

I have 2 users. One has surname/username Andric/sandric and the other one has surname/username Sandric/bsandric. When i enter sandric in search field with “Include users with no roles in this journal.” checked i get only one result - user with surname Sandric. Is this a bug? OJS ver. 3.1.1-4.

Hi @orcalator

The user search does not search the username field, so “sandric” won’t find the first user in your case. There’s an ongoing github Issue about this that you’re welcome to subscribe to for updates:
