Hello, we have activated the ORCID profile plugin, set the API through developer tools in my personal orcid profile: https://orcid.org/developer-tools and set the API in OECID profile plugin in our website:
Link and redirect URis are the same:

PROBLEM:
During the user registration (orcid login) in our journal registration page, the orcid window remains blank.
Consequently, if the registered user would like to submit new submission, the system wil stop working after click the Save and continue button in third step (Enter Metadata). The circle indicating some work spins…
How should we proceed to solve this?
