Description of issue or problem I’m having:
If there are new users who register in my journal and succeed, they do not go to the registration complete page.
The user actually returns to the user/register page. As a result, many new users think that they have not successfully registered, when in fact they are already able to login.
Steps I took leading up to the issue:

What I tried to resolve the issue:
I have tried several things:
- Replace all folders with new OJS 3.2.1.2 files
- Deactivate some plugins, such as orcid profile, user register notification, and several others
- Upgrade to 3.2.1.4
Everything that has been done does not solve the problem
