User page/statistics not loading; odd errors

Describe the issue or problem
I am trying to help an institution with their user stats. I sign as the subscription manager they have on their acocunt and I get a branded page that says, “The current role does not have access to this operation.”
Subscription
“A subscription is required to access some resources. Learn More”
In the browser dev tools, I get this message:

authorizationDenied:1 Uncaught (in promise) Error: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received

I go ahead and choose My subscription under their profile and I get a blank page with a useless 500 error. Any idea how to fix? I have tried a few different folks and it seems to have affected them all.
Note: It only happens for institutional subscriptions. The pages work for individual subscriptions, but I can’t see anything about their user stats.

Steps I took leading up to the issue

  1. Sign in as user - get error
  2. Click on Subscription
  3. See 500 error

What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.4.0.3

Hi @sheardln,

To get a better sense of the nature of the error, for a 500 error it is best to check your apache error log. That may provide more clues.
