User and roles not appear

in my journal , i cant see the User and Roles , now user appear
as shown

may you help me

Is this a new install of OJS or an upgrade, or have you been using the software for some time and this problem has come up suddenly?

Hi @hbisher,

If you recently moved or changed servers the site could be trying to access folders that aren’t in the webroot folder. You can try applying this patch if you haven’t already. Please let me know if this solves the problem.
