Hi @balazs95,

You don’t say what version of OJS you’re using, but this topic discusses changing the URL path in OJS 2.4.8 and this topic discusses changing it in OJS 3. It does not look like an easy task.

To create a new page in OJS you can enable the Static Pages Plugin under Website Settings > Plugins (in OJS 3).
