Dear PKP Support Team,
I am currently experiencing multiple critical issues in my OJS installation. These problems appeared suddenly, without any recent changes to core files, plugins, or themes.
Issues observed:

When clicking on the Submission Dashboard, I receive an “Unexpected data in output buffer” error.

I am unable to view Active and Archived submissions.

When accessing Published papers, clicking on the PDFs results in an “File corrupted or invalid” message.

The errors appear consistently across multiple pages.

I have checked the error logs, and there are repeated messages such as:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught RuntimeException: Unexpected data in output buffer. Maybe you have characters before an opening <?php tag?
- I have not edited any core files recently, and the site was working normally before.
Steps already considered:

Checking for extra spaces or empty lines before
<?phpor after?>in PHP files. -
Verifying file encoding (UTF-8 without BOM).

Clearing OJS cache using
php tools/clearCache.php.
Despite these attempts, the issues persist.
Could you please advise on the best way to resolve these Unexpected output buffer errors, restore the Submission Dashboard functionality, and fix the corrupted PDF links? Any guidance or recommended steps would be highly appreciated.
