Please tell us what happens and what you expected to happen.
I backed up the files and database from the InterWorx panel of the ABC hosting provider.
Now I uploaded the files and databases to the DEF hosting provider which uses the Plesk panel and updated both databases as well as config files.
But the OJS is not functioning (journal.scientific-cart.com)
Tried reinstalling the OJS CMS.
