currently using OJS 3.3.0.19 installed Oct 2024
Users and Roles are malfunctioning.
Sometimes it throws Ajax Error as shown below in the screenshot

Are you able to check out your PHP error logs for errors there? Those usually provide more clues as to exactly what is occurring.

thats just a notice. the error usually contain the word PHP Fatal error and a stack trace
