Uploading issues

I am having trouble uploading files to OJS; it doesn’t let me. I also see that authors might not be able to upload their files either. What could be the issue?

Hi @Octavio_Chon,

Can you please indicate which version of OJS you’re using (e.g. 3.3.0-19)? Can you also elaborate how you are trying to upload files, and what errors you are seeing?
