Hi PKP Community!

I need to upload a template for authors (.doc file) and I can’t find how to. I’m using OJS 3.1.1.

Hi @nathalia,

You can upload the template in the journal library (in setup); then the author will have access to it during the submission process, and you can make it more visible by adding a link to it in the submission checklist (along with instructions to use the template.

I uploaded the file in the journal library, I tried to add a link but I don’t know how to create this link to this file. I’ve tried some ways, but clearly not the right one.
