What can I do when a particular submission record no longer allows me to upload/select files? When I click on upload/select the system stalls. The screen says “loading.” But nothing happens. See screen capture attached.
We’re in the copyediting tab now. The record has been functioning fine up until now. Whatever’s happening seems to have no impact on other records in the system.
