I’m going to upgrade ojs3.3.0.15 into ojs 3.4; I keep “public” and “upload” folders. Also, I keep “config.inc.php” file. Then I copy all other files and folders of ojs 3.4 in public_html. and change installed property into off in config.inc.php file. when I open browser and check the journal address for upgrading, installing page appears instead of upgrading page… I don’t know why? Can anyone help me?
