Upgrade OJS 3.1.1-2 to 3.1.2-4

I have updated ojs version 3.1.1.2 to 3.1.2.4. I reinstalled and uploaded the database, redirected the images and documents, however there is a problem when I click on the article name in any number. I cannot view the information of the article, nor of the authors.
What did I do wrong? Your help is very important to me.

Hi @mjulissa,

Have you followed the upgrade procedure https://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/UPGRADE ?
Just copying files and DB is not enough.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, the update was done with the mentioned procedure. However, I found that there was a problem with updating the authors table.

I opted to go back to the old version.
