I upgraded OJS 3.0.2 to 3.1.0-1 . we havae had English and Serbian locale installed. But, in meantime Serbian locale changed name due to teh fact that it uses two scripts i.e latin and cyrillic.
Upgraded OJS displays only English and one blank locale. see attach. All Serbian parts are missing.
Is it possible to get it to relate to one of serbian locale so it can connect serbian parts with one of two existing locale after changing name of locale?
