I know this question has been raised few times, but I would like to be sure before proceed with the upgrade.
I have a very simple website based in OJS 2.4.4.1. only 1 journal set up, no subscription, no paypal payment. The PDF file of the articles are in the same server, visible to everybody.
I would like to upgrade the system in a new server to OJS 3.x last version.
I haven’t found any guide that leads me to this process (from 2.4.4 to 3.x), can you please advice and tell me which is the best way to do it or provide any guide please?
