Upgrade 3.1.1.2 Success but submission does not work

Hi All…

I have upgraded from 2.4.8.3 to 3.1.1.2, the message appear successfully, after login as journal manager, it display error message “##api.submissions.unknownError##” and Submission does not work, please help

Have you cleared your browser cache after running upgrade?

I’ve clear the cache but it does’nt resolve the problem. I attach the screenshot the display for submission menu.
If I click every submission step it display nothing, the url is like
http://ijconline.id/index.php/ijc/submission/step/2?submissionId=
http://ijconline.id/index.php/ijc/submission/step/3?submissionId=
etcijc-error

Have you checked your console log browser and PHP error log on server as well?
You may find useful info regarding this issue.
