I did the update ojs 2.2 to 2:48 version now does not appear the accented characters Ç, ~, will … Wednesday the solution to this problem. Already deleted the temporary files, however not solved.
Help.

Hi @grubim,

Check to see you haven’t inadvertently changed the character set options in your config.inc.php file during the upgrade process.

As you said, the problem was in the “config.inc.php” parameter settings “connection_charset = utf8” and “charset_normalization = On”. Sorry English, I’m learning.
