Unwanted header covering login and register buttons

Hi

We have installed OJS 3.1.2.1 and are hosting it ourselves, as we have an online journal for 15 years already and are going to try out OJS only for author submissions, review and production for now. When we go to “view journal” or just use the initial url we would send to authors and reviewers, a header appears, which covers over the upper left login/logout and register buttons. (They do now appear below our journal name at least). Any ideas on how to remove this header?

Contents appear here comes from Custom tags which can be removed from Settings>Distribution (Remove tags in Custom tags box)
