Hi
I have this problem, it looks like there is an image with errors in my journal index, but instead of displaying it, it links to a directory of all the public files.
How could it get there? How can I take it out?
I am using a default theme in OJS 3.3.0.6
https://revistas.uft.cl/index.php/rre/index
Thank you
Consuelo
It seems that the homepage image URL is not displaying correctly, and instead of “https://revistas.uft.cl/public/journals/2/homepageImage_en_US.png,” or “https://revistas.uft.cl/public/journals/2/homepageImage_es_ES.png” only “https://revistas.uft.cl/public/journals/2/” is working. This issue often arises due to manual intervention in the database or an error during image upload.
Could you please check what you see in the Homepage Image field in the site management panel? If you see the same error there, I recommend deleting any existing image in that field or uploading a new one. This step usually resolves the issue.
If the problem persists, please let us know and provide any additional details you can; I’d be happy to assist further.
