Please I can’t view or download pdf on my journal site. it shows unexpected server response. See attached screenshot. I had earlier migrated from another host to a new one. I don’t know how to go about it. Please help out
I am usingOJS 3.3.0 at Information Technology and Librarianship (nlaitsection.ng)

Has this issue started right after you migrated to the new server? Also, did you check your files_path no your config.inc.php to see if it matches with the path on the new server? Are you using any .pdf viewer plugin?

The issue started rigth after migration. What i cannot guarantee is if the files_path on my config.inc.php maches the path on the new server. Yes the pdf viewer plugin is enabled.
I am finding it difficult to get the files_path because i migrated from an hPanel to a cpanel server
