Hi, we’re on OJS 3.1.0.1 since March 2018. We have 9 journals on our OJS instance. Since 17 May we’ve seen all the journals suddenly getting a lot of undelivered email notifications about validating accounts. See screenshot below. We didn’t make any changes to the system and we don’t know what could have initiated this.
