Unable to View/Load PDF file on Browser

I am facing the following error while viewing an article on OJS 3.5.

I have another journal open in the same browser, but I didn’t see this issue there.

Hi @khan,

Browser console logs tend to be less helpful than PHP error logs - are you able to check your PHP error logs? Also, what specific version of 3.5 are you running? (e.g. 3.5.0-2).
