Unable to upload pdf files to ojs

I am not able to upload pdf files to ojs. i reffered past questions in this forum but still couldn’t get. I am using ojs version ojs-3.1.1.

Hi @dwangdi,

The usual problem is file permissions. There’s a FAQ entry on this in the forum, and many other posts; describe what you’ve tried already and what the result was.

Hi Sir,
we have published around 5 Issues till now, and i am trying to put those articles online. therefore i tried to upload articles (in pdf format) using “Native XML Plugin:” but it gives error that the file should be in xml format. i made the file extension to .xml but it gives me error. so I would be grateful if someone can help me out.i am using the ojs latest version.

Hi @dwangdi,

You won’t be able to upload PDF files into the XML plugin. If you’re trying to upload back-issues, I’d suggest trying the QuickSubmit plugin.
