Unable to Open Book in OMP

I have recently installed OMP on the below mentioned website:
https://books.moderndynamics.in/index.php/B/index

I am facing 2 Issues:

  1. In the Publication Format, I am not seeing the ISBN option. (Photo Attached)
  2. The Published book is available and visible in Catalogue, but when i click it / open it, it does not open, and show that this page is not Working (Photo Attached)
    Eg. https://books.moderndynamics.in/index.php/B/catalog/book/978-81-977326-6-9

Hi @Arun_Singla,

Can you please indicate your version number (e.g. 3.3.0-14) for OMP (this is important for others helping to troubleshoot your issue)? Also for the the 500 error, can you please check your PHP error logs and report on errors found there (also important for troubleshooting here on the forum).

Version is OMP 3.3.0.21
The error log is showing a lot of errors
