Hello everyone,
One of our users is encountering the following error when trying to log in to our OJS installation:
“An error occurred while verifying your data.
The service may not be available right now.
Please try again later and contact technical support if the problem still exists.”
Context:
The error appears immediately after submitting valid username and password.
Other users are able to log in without any issues.
The affected user has an existing account (not newly created).
What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.3.0-20
