Unable to log in as reviewer

Dear all,
I have some trouble with OJS 2.4.5.0 (very old version)

  1. I can’t log in as reviewer because all of reviewer account sundenly changes its status to site administrator.
  2. my site administrator is unactive for very long time, so i can’t contact him.
