I am using the recent version of OJS 3 when created a directory under the public diretory which has my images but when I reference the image in the background. the image could not be displayed when I run OJS installed on my local machine. Accessing the file directory shows the images what seems to be the problem? I have also tried to the site in incognito mode on my PC but I still get the same problem.
