Unable to Install Plugins after Upgrading Hosting

I have recently updated my hosting, from Shared Hosting to Cloud Hosting. After that upgrade, all the websites are running fine, but i am not able to install any plugin. It does not show any error or fault, it just dont install the plugin.
Please suggest me, what should i do ?

What application are you using?
OJS 3.3.0.16

Hi @Arun_Singla,

What happens when you try to install a plugin? What do you see in the browser?

Nothing happens, it just ends here. Its getting structed, no error is shown.

Hmm… interesting. It still might be worth checking your PHP error log to see if there are any errors noted there.

I am getting this, in the PHP error log file. Can you please check and guide me ?

Hi @Arun_Singla,

Thanks for responding back. Not exactly sure what’s going on here, but will see if one of team members can respond when they are available.

Hi @Arun_Singla,

Your hosting environment has the exec PHP function disabled. OJS requires this function to be available in order to install plugins. You’ll have to change your PHP configuration in order to enable that function.
