Unable to function as journal manager/editor on submission

Hi
Is there a way to assign a journal manager/editor retrospectively? The submission was sent to copyediting but when I want to send it to layout I do not have access to the functionality.

Could be you have wrong role. Is this the only submission you have problems with or with all of them?

I see - you have submitted this submission as well, right? Which version of the OJS are you using?
