unable to add Citation Extraction Service up because “OK” button is not appearing after clicking on Add list link for citation markup.

What PKP software are you using, and what version? Can you check your error log to see if anything relevant appears there?

I’m using 2.4.8.0 OJS version and any error is not appearing while
selecting the Citation Extraction Services. only after selecting any
service automatically hide the “ok” button.

I didn’t check the error log in our server because I don’t know how to check error log on the server.

The details will depend on your server, but usually there will be a file called error_log accessible through a tool like CPanel’s file manager. Unfortunately I can’t be more specific than that.

Hi @JyotiKant,

That’s related to the Lucene plugin – if you don’t have Lucene/SOLR running on your server, you should probably disable this – and this message also won’t appear in your server’s error log. You’ll need to locate your server’s error log in order to debug the citation parser problem further.

Thanks "indexing error have been solved " but still facing the adding
