Describe the issue or problem
Editors from one of our jourlas created two issues (don’t ask me how).
The old one (id=16) is published, but the new one (id=22) didn’t yet.
When you go to Edit the new issue (url links to id=22), the modal title is fine “Number 4…” but the tabs are pointing to the old issue (id=16).
Steps I took leading up to the issue
I can’t reproduce the issue… as far as I don’t understand how issues are “linked”.
Reporting offering the workaround.

Long shot but… it’s our first journal with Chinese translations and our DB charset is unicode. Could it be related?
Workaround
In short… create both issues again.
- Capture the list of articles in the old issue.
- Remove the secondary issue (old issue will be also deleted… magically).
- Create the old issue and add all articles.
- Create the new issue.
