Turning off all email notifications

Hello,

We’re using OJS version 3.4.0.5 and we would like to turn off all email notifications that can be sent to author submissions.

We’ve already disabled emails on Submission confirmation in the Workflow settings. However, we need to turn off also the rest of the emails such as Editorial Decisions, etc.

We haven’t found this option in the interface. Is it possible to deactivate the source code?

Motivation: We are adding submission ex-post, almost 1 year after the conference due to not indexing our original website on Google Scholar. Thus, we would like to avoid any possible confusion when authors receive a decision or confirmation about their 1-year old paper.

I suspect you might prefer to use the quick submission plugin:
https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/en/tools#quick-submit-plugin

With it you won’t have to go through the workflow of a current submission, and you can get to publication quickly, without emails to authors.
