Trouble viewing the information of the reviewers

Hello everyone,

When I try to view the information for a particular reviewer, returns to the team editorial page. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

What software are you using, and what version? Are you logged in as Editor, or Section Editor (or, in the case of OCS, Director/Track Director)?

Hi @Paulo_Rodrigues1,

More than likely that’s a bug that’s been fixed in subsequent releases – OJS 2.3.8 is almost 3 years old. Before debugging the specific problem, I’d suggest upgrading to a newer release.
