Trouble after updating to OJS 3.4 to 3.5

Management of submissions

I have a bad display in the backend for managing submissions and a certain number of functions as shown in the image

happen after upgrading from OJS 3.4 to OJS 3.5

I am asking for help to fix this bug.

Hi @Relwende_Aristide_YA,

What locale are you using? Did you do any customization to it in your 3.4 install?

Often times the ## submission text means a missing locale key.

Hmm… in that case are you able to check your PHP error logs to see if there are any error messages found there?
