Translation key not displayed in OJS 3.0.2

Hello,
I upgraded from OJS 3.0.1.0 to OJS 3.0.2.0. I realized that translation of plugin recommendbyAuthor is not displayed although locale exists in proper place.
I use Bootstrap theme for OJS 3.0.2.

Have you validated that locale file?

I have done upgrade again and realized that it works now. Probably something was not completed properly during previous upgrade. It works OK now.
