Transitioning to PKP mid-production

We are transitioning to PKP after already receiving submissions to dropbox. How do I move submissions over to PKP? Will I have to create user accounts for our authors, and submit on their behalf?
Ditto with peer reviewers: Must I create user accounts for them before assigning them to articles?

Hi there, I am using OJS 3, and have been using the ‘Learning OJS 3 guide.’

So far I have set up basic information in the settings section for our journal and website, but I’m still not sure how to handle user information, since we’ve received the bulk of our submissions via dropbox already.

Thank you for following up and I apologize for the delay in response. I would also suggest taking a look at the Admin Guide - Data Import & Export section as it outlines how to import articles and issues, as well as to Import and export users.
