Dear Team,
I have transferred my website to Amazon AWS, now while trying to open PDF Files from Archive/Current Issue, can’t see PDF Viewer, My Complete directory of OJS Source is as follow: /var/www/html/journal
Now tried with several possibilities like putting “files” in /var/www/html/ , /var/www/, /var/ but non of this working. Even also try to put in home/ but results same.
I have changed config.php.in’s file location, updated database credentials. Changed possible permissions for “files” folder. Also restarted apache server many times.
In fact, while I login and go to Journal Manager->File Browser, I can access the same files. but in the front face, I can’t access PDF Files like in Archive.
While trying to Create New Submission, in the second stage, it is not uploading files.
One more point is Right Side Bar isn’t visible in the journal. I have set Two Side Bars, Main Block and second Right Side Bar. Checked all the files uploaded properly.
