Tip tools help doesn't close

Hi,

OJS 3.3.0.5 and 3.3.0.6 (assuming also later versions): If a user clicks on the question mark to get ‘tool tip help’ the box with the help opens up. But it doesn’t close when switching to other tab. I believe it should automatically when switching tabs:

Thanks for noting this. I see that if you go back to where the little question mark icon is clicked you can then make the text go away. Not an ideal solution, but still feasible to get rid of it. I see your point about needing to navigate away from it and the help text no longer being relevant. There is a larger discussion related to in-application help text here: Make the in-app Help more noticeable in OJS · Issue #7089 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub. I’ll also flag @NateWr, as he may wish to weigh in as to whether or not this might need a more immediate fix.
