Hi , we are using OJ S 3.2.1.1 with PHP7.3.33, for the last 2 years , few days ago we tried to publish new issue , but the system neither allows adding nor editing the contributing authors , a massage appear( Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned) , appreciating any help

Hello @Shwan,

Please check your PHP error logs and report on any errors from there. Those error messages usually provide a better clue as to what might be happening.
