The setup menus are not visible

Configuration menus are not seen in migrated journals but are seen in new journals created in the OJS3 environment.

Could you please review and double-check that your current user is a Journal Manager of the existing migrated journals that are not showing the setup menus ?

Yes, it is the Journal Manager and in doing so I have given all possible roles to the user and the same thing continues to happen to me. However, if I create a new magazine in this environment, everything goes well. It’s something about migration that I can’t see.

Have you attempt to log in as Site Admin to check whether the menus are showing up as well?

We finally managed to show the magazine settings menus by adding the following values ​​to all magazines:
‘a:3:{i:0;s:5:“ca_ES”;i:1;s:5:“en_US”;i:2;s:5:“es_ES”;}’
All this we had to add both for: supportedFormLocales,supportedSubmissionLocales.
