The proxy-stats.php graph is not updating

We have noticed that this graphic https://revista.adp.edu.pe/private/proxy-stats.php?page=1&dateRange=all&dateStart=&dateEnd= hasn’t been updating for several weeks

What could be wrong?

We are using version 3.3.0.15 of OJS

That script isn’t part of OJS; do you know where it came from and what it does?
