The pdf disapears from some submissions

I upload PDF to my different submissions. When I do that suddenly another submission is without pdf. So the pdf disapears from some submissions, how is that possible? Is it a bug?
I had the same propblem with 3.4.0.5

OJS 3.4.0.7

The PDF keeps disappearing, so every time I add a PDF, a PDF from another article disappears.

Are you able to check your PHP error logs? That may provide some clues as to what is happening.
