Description of issue or problem I’m having:
I have a portal of 2 Journals with version OJS Ver. 3.1.1.4
I uploaded a Reviewcredits plugin manually to the server. The plugin was installed on both journals, but I had an issue; the reviewers cannot see step 3 of review. I removed the plugin. Later I noticed that one of the journal shows empty page when I am trying to login.
Any suggestion? please.
I found the issue. This plugin is working well with a standalone OJS, but with a portal that have many journals it makes different issues. I reinstalled the plugin again, then I remove it by deleting it in the “installed plugin”… The issue has been solved.
