Hi @spais,
This seems to be a message coming from your web server. Are you using IIS? Can you also try to get the PHP error log and see what’s there at the same time you receive this error?
Regards,
Bruno
Thanks Bruno, I’ll check it.
The error was shown when we used IMG tag with StaticPage Plugin and press the save button

Thanks,

Good morning, I have this issue of Incident ID is: N/A and i need to know what’s really causing it and how to fix it. Thanks in anticipation
Hi @Otobo,
No need to post the same thing 3 times. Let’s deal with this issue here.
Do you have access to your php error log? If not, try to change the debug setting into the config.inc.php file to on and perform the same task you did to find this error. Post anything that you have in your screen here so we can try to help.
As I said previously, I guess that’s something related to the web server and not with OJS. Are you running which version of OJS? And what’s your server system?
Cheers,
Bruno
I had the same issue but was resolved. Liase with your hosting company and check whether they have a web application firewall that prevents aricles being saved.
Thank you very much.
