Hi @spais,

This seems to be a message coming from your web server. Are you using IIS? Can you also try to get the PHP error log and see what’s there at the same time you receive this error?

Thanks Bruno, I’ll check it.

The error was shown when we used IMG tag with StaticPage Plugin and press the save button

Tested locally here and I could add an image HTML tag into an static page. Can you check your PHP error log?

Good morning, I have this issue of Incident ID is: N/A and i need to know what’s really causing it and how to fix it. Thanks in anticipation

Hi @Otobo,

No need to post the same thing 3 times. Let’s deal with this issue here.

Do you have access to your php error log? If not, try to change the debug setting into the file to on and perform the same task you did to find this error. Post anything that you have in your screen here so we can try to help.

As I said previously, I guess that’s something related to the web server and not with OJS. Are you running which version of OJS? And what’s your server system?

I had the same issue but was resolved. Liase with your hosting company and check whether they have a web application firewall that prevents aricles being saved.

Thank you very much.

Hi there… just to inform this error is coming from Firewall or Antivirus
