The crossref plugin and the funding plugin for OJS 3.3.0-3 do not work correctly

Hi,

The OJS 3.3.0-3 crossref plugin, does not export or deposit because it repeats twice the ORCID of the authors

At the same time I tested the Funfing plugin update (Version 2.1.4.0) for OJS 3.3, and I found that the funding data is not added in the Crossref xml.

If I apply the proposed change in “Pull requests” of the plugin site

The funding data is added correctly.
